Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for watches purchased from Watch Direct under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Watches: If you receive a watch that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may initiate a return. Proof of damage must be communicated prior via email.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive a watch that is not what you ordered or different from the watch you ordered due to a warehouse processing error.

Change of Mind: We also accept returns for non-defective products, including change-of-mind cases, within 7 days of delivery. The watch must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
2. Exclusions from Returns
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Used or Worn Products: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.

Manufacturer's Warranty: Please note that our watches do not come with manufacturer warranties; all products are covered by a 2-year in-house warranty provided by Watch Direct . In case the customer faces any issue with the functionality of the watch, the customer must return the watch back to us at their expense, to an international warehouse address that will be provided.
3. Return Process

Contact Us: If you believe you have received a defective or damaged watch, or if you would like to return a non-defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at support@watchconnection.co or through social media channels.

Return Authorization: Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our international warehouse. Ship the watch securely with tracking to our provided return address
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. -
Inspection and Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned watch, we will inspect it to verify the condition. If approved, you will be eligible for either a refund or a replacement shipment, depending on availability.
4. Timeframe

Initiating Returns: You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 2–4 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
5. International Orders

Customs Duties and Taxes: Watch Direct handles customs clearance on behalf of customers for international orders, ensuring no additional duties or taxes are incurred by the customer.

Delivery Timeframe: Due to international shipping and customs procedures, please allow 10–20 working days for delivery. Please allow for delays due to unforeseen circumstances which may arise during transit.
